* Flash Flood Watch for portions of east central Wisconsin and
northeast Wisconsin... including the following areas... in east
central Wisconsin... Calumet... Manitowoc and Winnebago. In
northeast Wisconsin... Brown... Kewaunee and Outagamie.
* From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through this evening
* heavy rainfall is anticipated during the afternoon and early
evening... with totals of 1 to 3 inches expected.
